By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

eSIMNEX is a brand owned by Triple One Global Pte. Ltd., providing digital eSIM products that enable users to access mobile connectivity without a physical SIM card. We operate solely as a distributor of eSIM plans sourced from third-party telecommunications providers.

We are not a mobile network operator, and we do not own or manage any network infrastructure. All data, voice, and connectivity services are operated and maintained by these external providers.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • eSIMNEX is not a mobile network operator
  • Network quality, coverage, and performance are the responsibility of the third-party providers
  • eSIMs are delivered via email in the form of QR codes upon successful payment

2. Device Compatibility

Before making a purchase, customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. A list of compatible devices is available on our website.

We do not offer refunds for device incompatibility or user error during installation.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all payments are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Your card provider may apply international conversion rates or fees. Final payment amounts are determined at checkout.

4. Activation & Delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code and activation guide will be sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure the email is correct at checkout. Most eSIMs are delivered instantly, but some may require up to 15 minutes.

5. Usage & Validity

Each eSIM plan has a set data allowance and validity period. Details are clearly stated on each product page. Once the validity expires or the data is fully consumed, the plan becomes inactive.

  • Unused data is non-transferable.
  • Expired plans cannot be reactivated.
  • Topping up requires purchasing a new plan.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we follow a strict no-refund policy in the following cases:

  • eSIM QR code has already been delivered
  • Device is incompatible
  • Customer failed to install or activate the eSIM correctly
  • Customer changes their mind after purchase

Refunds may be considered only in these exceptional cases:

  • eSIM QR code was not received within a reasonable time after payment
  • Duplicate charges occurred for the same order
  • The eSIM fails to activate due to a verified issue on our end

To request a refund, email support@esimnex.com within 3 days of purchase, including your name, email, and transaction details. If approved, the refund will be processed in SGD within 7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

eSIMNEX is not responsible for:

  • Service quality or interruptions caused by third-party network providers
  • Issues arising from device incompatibility or customer error
  • Delays or failures caused by incorrect email addresses or technical limitations

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected order.

8. Account & Communication

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and communications related to your purchase. All service-related notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Legal Compliance

eSIMNEX is a brand owned by Triple One Global Pte. Ltd., and works with upstream telecommunications providers based in their respective jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the eSIM complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and telecommunications policies of the country in which the service is used.
